About you
- B.Eng. Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or B.Sc. (Engineering) equivalent degree from a recognized university or Licensed Aircraft Engineer (QCAA authorization) with experience as certifying staff with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience
- Training on aircraft power plants, components and systems preferably on at least 3 types of engines/APUs operated by Qatar Airways.
- Experience in managing asset leasing and returns.
- Knowledge of aircraft systems/power plants/structures. Preferably training on one or several types of aircraft operated by Qatar Airways.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Experience in managing contracts and commercial commitment letters.
- Experience in techno-commercial evaluation of (Request For Proposals) RFPs, Contracts, and any techno- commercial projects.
Preferred
- 3 years on managerial role. Experience as a Development or Technical Services Engineer.
- Managing and interacting with a multi-national team of professionals.
- Experience in an Engine shop environment.
